We booked uhaul for 10 am and my friend waited 2.5 hours for it Got it at 12:30pm. Due to which everything in my day kept getting delayed. I was able to return the uhaul at 12:11 am like 11 mins after Called customer service and they wrote an email to the store for resolution Whats the point of customer service?

I was not informed by the rental company staff at the time of booking that fuel needed to be recharged when returned, and was charged 20% above the estimated fee. I would have appreciated if the staff told me this in advance of renting the vehicle, as it's typically done with other rental car companies.
Na HBooked a rental for 10 am and arrived, as your mobile app recommends, almost an hour before as on-line checkout takes time. Unfortunately, this location only opens at 10 so lost a bit of time and challenged an elevator booking. Your rep on site was fair in the circumstance and extended time by 3+ hrs….so happy ending. As it turned out, we only needed one additional hour. All good - I’ll be back!
