Booked a rental for 10 am and arrived, as your mobile app recommends, almost an hour before as on-line checkout takes time. Unfortunately, this location only opens at 10 so lost a bit of time and challenged an elevator booking. Your rep on site was fair in the circumstance and extended time by 3+ hrs….so happy ending. As it turned out, we only needed one additional hour. All good - I’ll be back!
