People are excellent, informative and extremely helpful. Great place to rent a U-Haul from!!! There is really nothing I can say to improve the rental of the U-haul.
LUCINDA MAmazing staff; a delayed closing on my house created a need to keep the truck longer than anticipated. A quick call to Minters and I was able to extend the rental. The friendly, helpful staff made a stressful time so much easier!
K RThe car dolly appeared to be fine until I got it back and loaded my car. That’s when the passenger side tire was VERY flat. Of course to get road side assitance required somebody with access to the military base I was on. Needless to say, I picked up my car dolly at 2:52 pm, but was notable to safely depart my location until 8 1/2 hours latter. (Almost midnight). Becasuninwas im a campground, I didn’t want to disturb my neighbors loading the car back on the dolly, so my departure time changed from 6am to 9am.
