paid for pads, didn't get any. pickup process is same as the booking process in the app (it's redundant), no fun doing that in the dark and cold as the office was closed at pickup time and I was charged for 2 days even though it was returned in under 24 hours, because that's when the office re-opened.
Andrew NThe pickup process is too cumbersome, it's a repeat of the booking process and doing it in the cold and dark is no fun. You could just do 2 factor authentication and text the details to unlock the key box. The process was so bad I wouldn't go thru this again.
