We dropped of the truck at 1pm on SAT. There was no one at the site. I clicked on the mobile link I was given to turn in the truck. The link did not work. (we tried numerous times) I then got on the chat link to ask what to do - after 15 min no response. We dropped the truck and left. I received the bill this morning. We had been charged for an extra day (which we did not use) and after hours service (WHICH THERE WAS NONE). I called the dealer and he said he had no idea what time we returned it so he marked it for the extra day. It was written on the contract. He said he could not do anything to help me and to call customer assistance. Catherine at customer assistance is working on the dispute and refund. We should not be charged because he cannot read a contract or because your online check-in or chat do not work. And we left the truck with extra gas.

The location needs more supplies such as dollys for their customers.
EMMANUEL WU-Haul appears to be a secondary business at this location, which closed at 2:00 on a Friday. The 2 dollys we ordered weren’t on the truck, and since this facility was closed, we ended up travelling to another U-Haul facility to pick up the equipment.
JOHN HGot charged for 2 dollies but did not receive said equipment. Complicated move tremendously.
DAVID GTruck was pretty well used. Interior clean but lots of scaps and such on exterior. Required me to take lots of photos before driving away. Also, very difficult to turn key without jigglling gear shifter. Actually called roadside service before I was finally able to free key to turn. Difficult each time cranking truck.
