The truck was a mess when we got it - the keys were not in the lockbox if it wasn't for the person in the office who happened to hear us and ask us if we were looking for the key that was incorrectly left with him, we would have been screwed.

Charged me for two days rental when it was only one because the guy put my rental for 6 hours when I told him I would be much longer than that. I also wanted $15 insurance and was charged for the $30 option. Ridiculous
