Someone who knows English and what’s going on. I didn’t know the app did t work properly, and apparently I could’ve just taken the trailer. Customer service I called and 3 people couldn’t help me.
Tiara MThe truck ran really good. Inside the truck was dirty, trash from the previous renter, animal hair everywhere. Outside the truck in the front was massive bug splatter, it was bad.
Larry AThey did not know how to return a truck. I waited over 45 minutes finally was told by a woman over the phone I could leave and she would come in and take care of it. Addl money charged to my with NO explanation. I have more things to move and will most likely contact Penske
FREDRICK GTruck I wanted had a dead battery. I received another truck but no new paperwork so at drop off location they indicated that i needed to pay an additional fee of over $100 dollars because mileage and gasoline level was not the same. I presume it was due to old information from the original truck I was given. Will be complaining and disputing the additional charge
