The U-Haul mobile app process for 24/7 Truck Share was super smooth and efficient—taking photos of myself and the truck to get the lockbox code was easy, and following the step-by-step app instructions for drop-off later was just as effortless. Unfortunately, the in-person experience at this location was a different story. When I went to retrieve the keys from the lockbox, the employees were rude and had no idea how the mobile pickup worked. Even after showing them the app on my phone, they insisted they don't do mobile pickup and made me come inside to get the key from them anyway. On top of that, the parking lot layout was tight and difficult to maneuver while getting familiar with the location. The digital system and app walk-through are fantastic, but this specific location needs serious improvements in customer service and staff training.

only thing that kept it from being 5-star excellent was that since it is a convenience store/gas station as well as a U-Haul facility, service wasn't as speedy as it could have been. BUT I was appreciative that they were there and were experienced and friendly.

Karen TThey didn't have the the part for the light plug in. The lady told me that she had already hooked the trailer to my vehicle and didn't want to un hook and rehook it up on my vehicle. She told me to drive to Walmart and get the part with no lights hooked up. And had to go to 3 different places before I found the right part. It was so stressful Im glad no one hit me.
