The old hag didn’t explain any of the hidden fees that come along with returning the truck! Ended up having to pay 375 EXTRA dollars bc we were never told that if we drop the U-Haul off at another location in the same county we would be charged. Biggest scam I’ve ever heard of!CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
