No directions on where to park at the “motel” so I parked in the marked and paved truck parking area. The representative was quick to rudely tell me that I parked in the wrong area… apparently, I was supposed to park in the grassy field.

EDITH PThis was the absolute best truck rental experience we have ever had! The process of making the reservation using the app was extremely easy and when we arrived for pick-up, the staff was excellent and Wanda and Dori provided over and above customer service! The truck was in great shape and the price was extremely reasonable! When we returned the truck, Hardick went over our bill and the process was straight forward and simple, with no surprise charges. I absolutely recommend using this UHaul location and we will definitely be using them again for any future moving needs!
