Andrew S.Card reader at location "not working" so employee asked for my card and manually inputted card #, expiry etc. Into computer. Slightly sketchy since the card reader was functioning for signing rental agreement. Van rented had multiple damaged areas that weren't marked as inspected damage Van rented needs new brakes (could hear squealing from wear indicators whenever braking)
