The only reason why I’m giving it a POOR rating is because when I got to this drop off location, I couldn’t perform the return process in the app. I was there for about 20-25 minutes trying to do the drop off in the app and app kept crashing. CMON UHAUL….DO BETTER WITH THE APP..I had to take all kinds of pictures just in case I was overcharged I could prove that I dropped off the equipment before is was due. Gary’s gun and Pawn is a great location with great people.
Miranda LI seemed to be a bother to them.
ronnie wI was over charged for miles. I walked out of the door with a quote from the manager of $110.00 and the agreement with driving 50 miles. I was charged for driving 133.3 miles which resulted in being charged double the amount of what I agreed to. I am disputed the charged with the aera manager. I have yet to hear back from anyone. This is a disaster. I will never rent from this location ever nir will I recommend it.
