Overall, I was happy with the experience. A couple days prior to the rental, I called asking about the seat layout in the vehicle; it wasn't what I had hoped but that was my fault for not checking ahead of time. The Manager called me back a couple hours later, with other options; they weren't suitable, but I really appreciated that he took the time to check. On the morning of, when told one of the tires was low, corrected it and stated he'd submitted a ticket to have the tire replaced.
