1) Make sure your web site is functioning. I could not access my account. I requested four times to receive a verification code, without success. 2) This rental location is an absolute dump.

Donald BLocation was closed and only a sign with directions to not block entry way and entrances. Very little space to drop off trailer. Area looked sketchy and I was a bit afraid trailer would go missing after dropping it off. Next time I will drive to another location to drop off trailer.
ROBERT SDon't need to improve. Doug was very professional and efficient. He had me in the van in no time and when I returned he had all the paperwork done up quickly so I could be on my way. I would highly recommend this location for your rental needs.
