Although I had a bad experience and it was delayed on my trip I was still charged an extra day. I should not have been charged I think I'm done with U-Haul.
MITCHELL UI have no issues with the actual locations but more so some of the rental processes. Original rental place gave a way my rental 1.5 hours after my original time without leaving a message or communication that they were doing so. I was then forced to go to a different rental location the next day for my rental. The online system was not working at that location so I had very limited paperwork and confirmation about my rental. Lastly, it was not clear that one way rentals are not daily charged but mileage charged. I was given an estimate of $1800 for 10 days for a WA to VA move but then charged $2200 at pick up. I was under the impression that daily rates mattered so I returned the rental at 7 days but was not reimbursed any money. Overall, unimpressed with some of U-Haul policies. All 3 locations had friendly and helpful staff though

Bruce GDrop-off was fine. Pickup was very stressful. Expect a refund for lack of supplies.
