Box of truck was not swept out - had dirt and dry leaves scattered inside. IF someone swept it out, they did an exceedingly bad job. It would not meet the definition of clean. Office manager was very highly qualified: polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, firm. Old slow software wasted my time and cost me a full one day delay when I was not able to rent truck in a timely manner. Time for an upgrade!
JANINE Mno one was available to accept key to vehicle. Had to call numerous times to leave a message about putting key in wrong drop box.

Lawrence BLocation was fine. U-Haul reservations on the other hand was terrible. I had 4 location changes - all because of U-Haul - and ultimately ended up not getting what I originally reserved. And the after hours checkin process and app are almost unusable.
