Make two uhaul pickup locations more clear. Two different facilities next to each other was very confusing. Employee from the other facility ended up showing us where to go (they had awesome service, too bad they didn't have the right type of truck for us since they were very helpful!) In terms of uhaul experience, App completely malfunctioned both on pickup and drop off as well and never worked, despite doing all steps correctly and in app. Had to call both times to complete process. The facility did successfully complete the transaction for us properly and accurately when they got back into office without me needing to call them as well to ensure proper charges.
Elizabeth GI had a great experience with U-Haul! I moved my place with one truck in a day. Super affordable, super friendly staff, smooth check in & check out, and an exceptionally clean vehicle. Would absolutely use them again if the need arose!
Anna SFix your awful app! You want me to take pictures, but it rarely works correctly and you should provide wireless access at these sites that don’t have good cellular coverage.
