The app-based truck share experience was horrible. U-Haul has a lot of work to do to make that tool intuitive and user friendly. I did not get the hand truck I selected to rent online, and that made the rental experience very negative... This is probably on U-Haul's system rather than the location, because I have had past experiences with equipment and material I ordered online being unavailable at the location.... U-Haul should fix their inventory management system.Jeffrey T.

I will never again use U-haul. I made a reservation 3 weeks prior. I go to pick up the truck just to be told they have no truck or reservation even though I gave them my confirmation number. After 5 hrs of trying to find a new truck as to which there were none I get a call saying we have a truck and found your reservation but it is smaller and 30 miles away. I pick up the truck but I still had to pay for the mileage from pickup and dropping it back off at the Kingston location which I had no control over. So basically I was ripped off an extra $100 because I was told my reservation wasn't there and had to go to a new location. It was my only option other than no Uhaul to move.Jeremy M.
The truck was very easy to find and the mobile pick-up process was smooth. I interacted with one of the verification agents over chat and they were very polite and helpful. All in all, great experience!Elijah G.
