I paid for a truck they didn't even have the key to because an employee took it home 2 DAYS PRIOR. They did send me to another location and was told I would get an updated contract with the correct truck info soon in my email and after I contacted them again 3 TIMES throughout the day it took the supervisor ALL DAY to finally get me a contract. While he did give me extra miles for compensation, I just didn't feel like i should have had to go through all of that, something should be ready and waiting and any issues should be fixed right then not hours later when I still have to contact again multiple times.

ELIJAH MI always enjoy renting from this location. However, my concern is not with Kingstree uHual distrubutor. It would really be an amazing even the greater renting experience if the first 100 miles were free AGAIN. 🙏🏿
