The clerk at the store was miserable. We said we were there to pick up truck. He didnt mutter one word...just kept doing things. We finally said "is there a problem?" And he responded "you have to wait for the guy to get here in about 20 minutes". So our oick up time was late. The girl who works there when we dropped off is spectacular...always wanting to help....sadly the first clerk was a disgrace

JAMES BOutstanding customer service by a woman at King’s Convenience. I had conflicting information from the central number staff prior to pick up. The woman at King’s convenience was able to fix the issues and help us immensely. She was lovely. I wish I knew her name, but she said she had been working there for a long time. Without her, our moving day would have been much more stressful. I cannot praise her enough. She was awesome!
Frank rThe Uhaul online experience was terrible. After attempting check in several times I resorted to check in at the pick up location. Online kept telling me to enter a valid province name... how many ways can I write ON or Ontario? At pickup I received a text asking me to verify the vehicle but the license plate upload failed 3 times so I ignored the request.
Richard GI was so angry I chose not to enter and speak with anyone. Especially as I know this location likely had nothing to do w the condition of our subpar truck.
