There won't be a next rental. I was paying for my rental every day and they act like I have stolen the u-haul. I paid over a thousand dollars for the rental and they made me feel like I have stolen it so I wouldn't be back

The staff at this location was awesome. Special recognition to Heidi and Ann. The truck I rented was not that great. I could see daylight through the top of the door jamb. It leaked air so bad the sound hurt my ears

Wow, 'EVERY' aspect of my experience was excellent. The vehicle was clean, worked great, etc. Everyone there was prompt, professional, and their kind helpful manner was AMAZING! Please let whoever needs to know that the service was beyond any expectation by everybody, from the agent at the desk who located exactly what we needed, to the gentleman that got the the truck for us. By the way, it was freezing and raining! You are very fortunate to have employees that represent UHAUL in such a favorable manner. Thank You, please let them know...

The location is great and the employees were helpful. My only issue is with the U-haul application. I tried to do the self check-in on the app, but could not get passed a certain point to take a photo of the liscense. We ended up having to go inside and check-in face to face.

The general manager provided quality and exceptional service and I would recommend this location to others. The only reason I have to give it a 4 star is because I wasn't treated well by one of the workers name Melissa . She was very rude to me and was not trying to work with me or my situation at the time. The Gm called the next day and perfected my experience with the location.

I arrived to pick up the equipment on friday, it took almost an hour to finish transaction, because there was a counter service person taking a very long tome to complete the person in front of me (only one person doing counter service) the person attending the counter was steadily joking and laughing with her customer, not being mindful of other customers in need of help, I believe in being cordial and even having polite conversation with your customers , but not joking and carrying on while ypu have 6 or 7 customers waiting, some even came into the store and noticed what was going on and left in frustration, perhaps the counter lady was understaffed, but she still needed to try her best to help others as quickly as possible, personally, I think she was dragging her feet to compel customers to complain about the lack of available personnel at the counter, (just my opinon)

Had to go to the third tow Dolly to find a serviceable one. Also, corporate, requiring three phone numbers is absurd. Who does that? It is prying and offensive.

We tried to access our unit after hours with our key card, but both the sliding doors and the swinging door where locked with dead bolts? Why are the doors locked if we are supposed to have 24 hour access?

Make sure the locks for the 24/7 service work. Mine didn't and I had to wait an hour for someone to come open it. The manager who came after hours to help was very nice and apologetic, but the rental was still late and threw off my schedule for the day.
