It was a good storage a little pricey i wouldn’t mind paying that much if it was also 24/7 so I can get into my storage just in case I forgot something and really needed it

I would like to be embarrassed for the rest of the rent for this month when i went to tell them i was moving out they told me i was not in the computer so I couldn't ask for a refund for the rest of the month.

She was so unprofessional and always rude. Even had the nerve to ask my son why he was using the restroom and timed him. Very petty and unprofessional. I will never use uhaul of kingwood texas again. They not only harassed me but gave personal information out to someone that was not supposed to have my info. I will say the main boss helped me out in the end.
