We had to take the first truck back as soon as we drove off the lot because there was a clanging noise when accelerating and stopping. When returning the second truck the attendants did not check us out because they were doing other things. He said he would email the receipt. After 2 hours after leaving without a receipt I went back and finally got one.

How U-Haul Reviews Workclean up the place
Larry MLocation is a gas station, with limited vehicle selection. That said, staff was excellent and my whole rental experience was great. Worth the smaller location to get close to my storage locker.
Robert CThe truck drove fine but the interior was dirty. The app was a disaster. It took almost an hour to check in. The app wouldn’t load the pictures and the customer service number was busy. I would recommend the location because it’s literally the only one in the area.
Pia HThe gas station was trashy literally trash all over the place. The server was down so the attendant couldn’t help me and suggested I come back later. I called UHaul, ultimately it was resolved but the process took about 45 min which delayed my move and caused a lot of frustration on an already stressful day.
