This location is a busy gas station in the hood. It was difficult to talk with the agent (gas station attendant) through the wall of plexiglass. He also never even looked at my id. It was also very difficult to get the truck out due to all the cars coming and going at the gas station.
Joseph II had to wait for 2 hours until someone arrived at the gas station that knew how to rent me the U Haul.
