The man that runs the U-Haul where I rented the truck was absolutely a fabulous person and then I talked to a lady named Christina the night before I picked up the truck however the pickup experience the drop off experience and being overcharged nearly $50 on my account is unacceptable if it's not corrected immediately I discovered how you figured your mileage I've been overcharged $50 you've overdrawn my account and if it's not fixed promptly I'll be calling the attorney general and turning into the better Business bureau I want my money back I was overcharged you're taking a gross advantage of an old lady and abusing my debit card you took out $39 yesterday now you took out another 23 overnight after complaining about it do you guys do anything correctly please call me at 660-280-5420 and this situation needs to be rectified immediately you have left me with no money after moving this is was a horrible experience but it wasn't Bruce's fault where I picked it up the lot was full of snow we had to dig our way out of the lot that wasn't his fault but the whole trip the truck was in good shape the dolly wasn't in it I was overcharged for that they said they're going to reimburse me that instead they take out double what is your guy's problem I'll never deal with the company that is totally electronically I never saw a human face I'm never doing business with you again if this isn't rectified immediately and I will be turning you in if you don't call me and refund the overcharge I took the safest direct route and you tried to charge me 40 miles over you want me to drive the back roads in the snow in the snow storm unsafely I don't think so that's not going to happen and you're not going to get away with this so please rectify it immediately.

DEREK BNot The Storage Sheds problem but not happy with how I reserved a truck somewhere else and then had to go way out of the way because there wasn’t a truck where I had reserved one.
Grady KThe Kirksville location is fine and the people there are very friendly and helpful. However, I’m giving a 1star rating because I had made my reservation 3 months in advance, stopped in at my pickup location in Coralville (Iowa) 1 week in advance to confirm, and then the day before I was scheduled to pick up my truck, Traffic lied when they said they couldn’t get a hold of me (they never called me). Therefore they canceled my appointment and I was forced to make a 6 hour round trip to pick up a vehicle.
