We reserved the trailer at a different location, then when we got there the trailer wasn’t there. We had to go to a different location to pick it up.

Despite posted hours being open on Saturdays, the location was closed -- perhaps because it was a holiday weekend, but a long weekend is just when one might expect people to be moving. It was much less convenient to try to pick up the truck via the app -- the app requested a passport or a lease agreement as an additional form of ID. By the time I entered a substitute, enough time had been wasted on the app that the reservation had to be renewed when I ended up calling for assistance. The entire process took about an hour and a half -- it would have been much expedited if the office had been open. On a lesser level, the cab of the truck had not been cleaned, and the loading ramp of the truck had not been swept off but had lots of gravel and dirt on it.

Joe SThe location was great! The truck was not. The transmission was slipping and made the drive the single most terrifying experience of my life. If I had not been driving in the middle of nowhere by myself with a 26 foot truck full of stuff, I would have stopped and returned the truck and rented a different one. Every time I went downhill, the truck engine would make terrifying noises and the RPMs would hit 4.5-5 which was almost in the red. Please get this truck looked at before renting it out to anyone else.
