Great experience with this Kirksville, Mo location. Reserved Uhaul 3 weeks ahead. Got notified 2 days before that we'd have to pick up in Brookfield, Mo. Easy out of our way so I canceled and reserved in Bloomfield, Iowa. Got to the Bloomfield location, the guy said the truck was in the back. Then realized that he had given our truck away. Very Nonchalant, like no big deal, it happens. The guy was stoned out of his mind. Didn't offer any kind of solution other than "if you give me $1000 I'll figure something out for you". Disgusting. We left and luckily as we drove into kirksville, a 26' truck had been brought back early. Next morning I called as soon as they opened and we went to pick up our truck. Very happy with Kirksville and Pekin Illinois locations. Bloomfield Iowa, not so much. Smh

In the app, having some way to show that the equipment was returned would be nice. The location was closed, but the instructions for the return were relatively clear.

jerry mWe ended up being directed to another location for our drop off due to their location being full, we dropped it off at an auto shop of sorts down the road.
CamRee RPaula was incredibly helpful in when I needed to set a reservation and make changes to the reservation. She made sure to have the U-Haul ready for the date and time I needed it. Moving long distance is stressful on its own, but I had a great experience with my U-Haul reservation at this location.
