The guy who help me he did great!
CARLOS DThe first rental location, 1480 Celebration Blvd, WAS CLOSE, and the truck key was inside the store. This wasted my time and took about 50 minutes to have support on the phone to find a new location, where I was assisted by a virtual manager. Terrible mistake and support to get the truck a the 1480 Celebration Blvd. The app must never allow me to make a reservation there without key availability at the lockers. At the 2925 N Poincina, all was fine. So, 1 start to 1480 Celebration and 4 stars to 2925 N Poinciana

ADRIANGELA PNothing with this location. But I had gone to got thrift first, but they never signed a vehicle because it was never returned and never called me. I had to call customer service when I got there to be switched over and they were great.
