Hi, my concern with this U-Haul place that I used is that you don't get any free mileage, and if you're missing an increment of gas out of that tank, you automatically get charged $12. I don't understand that. If someone in the company can explain that to me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Daniel RThe fuel in truck was at 1/4 tank not 3/8 of a tank. I rented a truck that should have had 3/8 of a tank of gas. If I’m paying for rental I should have the right amount of fuel of given to me. Upon receiving the truck. I’m not happy with the rental and feel I was taken advantage of I will be renting for this facility again
