My order didnt come with the pads i bought and the mileage and gas were different from the contract at pick up. U haul app kept crashing and it didnt let me check in right, when i try speaking to the lady at the counter she told me i have to do all from the app that she couldnt help, very useless employee. Wouldnt reccomend this location

Never got the dolly I paid for. Inside truck was filthy!
Laura GI was charged for coverage I opted out of and was overcharged in the beginning for mileage I never discussed with them and they never shared with me.
Zain SThe service was terrible. The car was not delivered with the full fuel tank and I was overcharged. I traveled around 50 miles and was charged for 99 miles. Absurd.
Tais Fcustomer service wasn’t great for pick up, truck was on empty and there was trash in the driver’s seat. Women working the desk at drop off was very rude.
