I do not recommend this place at all. I saw the bad reviews beforehand—I only rented there because I couldn’t find the truck I needed at another location. The vehicle was very dirty, and they charged me almost $150 for only 10 miles. I returned the truck early and even filled up the gas tank. Apparently, the person who assisted me didn’t register that I returned the truck, and I’m still trying to get a refund for the difference. Do not come to this place.

got charged an extra 170 dollars for not putting in gas but the gas gage was broken i put 40 dollars in the tank before i dropped it off
DONOVAN EI did not have a good experience, we didn’t receive the equipment we requested such as the dolly’s and because it took a while to even get the key we didn’t bother trying to go back inside and ask for our stuff went to a Home Depot and bought ones for us to use. I also got charged 220 dollars as soon as my reservation was found at the location when pricing goes by mileage and such not , the actual amount I was supposed to be charged is 150 , almost a 100 dollar difference that I have to now dispute and get back. I also found the location to be unhelpful and not explain anything in which where our truck id number was on the truck etc. overall would not go back to this location or any U-Haul place that is not directly marked a U-Haul only service building
Georgia PIt was dirty, and the equipment I rented wasn't there—nor was it available in the store.
Igor AMy order didnt come with the pads i bought and the mileage and gas were different from the contract at pick up. U haul app kept crashing and it didnt let me check in right, when i try speaking to the lady at the counter she told me i have to do all from the app that she couldnt help, very useless employee. Wouldnt reccomend this location
