The system was running very slow so took long to check through. I am not sure why my reservation moved to this location when I had booked at a different location. A bit longer notice would have been appreciated.
Dan Sthey charged insurance coverage with out costumer consent, even they charged when costumer disagreed.
Abdul AThings left in cab, dolly and mattress pads all over on pick up from previous renters. Gears on truck need maintenance as it drives very rough and gets stuck in gears.
