The lady inside was very mean
Ramon DVery poor hygiene and no snow shoveled at the location. I booked a mini van which was stuck in snow and was not moving spent 25 minutes to move it however, no one helped with anything from the location. Then they provided alternative option and that truck was stuck too and again I spent 20 minutes to move it. Very very very dangerous and poor service from the location and I also raised ticket twice but no reply from uhaul customer service.
Jahal BDrop off location less organized, unclear instructions, not as helpful as the pickup location.
Matthew EThe car is dirty and unsafe to drive; you can't control the steering wheel; there's a problem with the wheels or something like that. Despite all this, your prices are high.
