Équipement at pick up was damaged. The trailer to load the car had some damage that could be dangerous. The pick right ramp to drive the car on did not latch. Some of the chains had some damage and gaps in the chain. Even the technician mentioned some things about it looked sketchy. Equipment should be inspected more regularly and if something is being videoed as potentially problematic it shouldn’t be sent out.
