the staff was very arrogant and rude, he was talking like he was the ceo of Uhaul, and was using very subtle language! and very time consuming process, no machine working properly, they made us wait almost 20 mins just accept our return truck!

JOSE RAfter hours returned was challenging. Geo location was not working properly. It all worked out in the end. In general, U-Haul’s systems are very good.
