No one was there when dropping off. Need written instructions on drop off instructions on a sign or on the door visible. Very inadequate. I would also implement having staff explain the return process while picking up. You just feel thrown to the wolves.

NIKI BThere were many shops closer to my location than this one. Not sure why I had to go 45 minutes out of my way for this shop when there was one that was within 10 minutes of my location. This location was off a side of a highway and really no where to park or pull in when returning it.
