THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, actually i have a complain, i requesting a great discount for the inconvenience, drove for a long time to get pick up the trailer, they cancelled, send me 30 miles further away, place was close, they came out with some bull shit which it's not true, anyway i need some one who really cares from u haul to contact me and to offer me a great discount

KIMBERLY FIt was a convenient location for what we needed. There was a mix up on the reservation and it was cancelled. We did not get the message because my daughter works at a school and couldn't answer the call. Luckily the truck was there on the day we needed it. The worker was very nice and I appreciated him working with us. .
