It was not made clear which location was nearest to me and that the location I chose would be closed when I got there. Requiring an app download is silly and even with the app and an instructional video the pickup process was frustrating. I was transferred multiple times to people who kept saying they couldn’t help me and they didn’t know why I was transferred to them. I drove 1.5 hours to pick up a truck and then waited 30 more minutes for the assistance/the app to work.

The windows in the truck were disgusting and difficult to see out of when the sun was going down. The truck inside was covered in dust.
David CBest uhaul site I have ever rented from, the gentleman named Cam who works the counter is bar none the best counter person I have ever run across. Being a chef and owning a catering. Company, rentals are a must and Cam has never let me down, not once! If uhaul had more people like Cam, they would Have far less problems
