The gas was not full, it was at 3/4. So I filled the tank upon my return. Ugh and the app took forever because the cell service is trrrible at that location.

JOSEPH SExcellent customer service! Caring responsive reaction to being shown the issue had with missing windshield wiper arm at the DIVER SIDE! The extended the rental to give plenty of time to unload due to rainfall over several days. Their offices and site show pride of ownership are not crowded or messy. They are clean and smell wonderful! The exterior grounds are beautifully landscaped clean organized and easy to traverse in the rental trucks. A HUGE difference from the locations in which I rented a truck and trailer in Oakley CA.
