Uhaul technology did not work. Local rep sent me a link to upload photo of my license, didn’t work. I received a text from Uhaul to upload photo of truck plates etc, didn’t work. I returned the truck and local rep could not check me in while I was there because her uhaul tablet did not work

That poor moving van was probably used for demolition derby. Service at U-Haul was good. Truck should be retired.
MATTHEW TThe staff and truck were great. The experience trying to check out the truck via the online 24hr portal was horrible. It took us an hour after arriving to get the keys. I would only recommend working with the staff during store hours if possible.
Thomas OSomeone had spilt a drink all over the console. Iit hadn't be vacuumed out in a long time. The inside of the windshield hasn't been cleaned in a long time. It only had a half tank of gas when we picked it up. It was a mess. Doubt I'll use them again.
