William, the employee at Ridley's Ace Hardware, told me that as long as I had the truck back before they close at 9:00pm then I was good and there wouldn't be any additional charges. Upon return, around 8:30pm, he charged me for an extra day. He said "sorry, you'll need to call U Haul".

We ended up having to keep 2 uhauls for 17 days because our lender could not get our new house closed. I ended up paying close to 2,000. I was incredibly disappointed that there wasn’t a single discount that was offered either AAA or veteran. You simply just charged me 117.00 a day with no thought for our circumstances. Very disappointing.

Meranda OUhaul technology did not work. Local rep sent me a link to upload photo of my license, didn’t work. I received a text from Uhaul to upload photo of truck plates etc, didn’t work. I returned the truck and local rep could not check me in while I was there because her uhaul tablet did not work
