Overall customer service at pickup was excellent but the truck had a few issues; 1st when I picked up the vehicle it was fine we parked it as we loaded it and it didn't move until we went to take it to storage I noticed that the engine light came on and stayed on upon unloading the vehicle was off started the vehicle up again and the engine light was still on. The truck tended to pull to the right and the left which made it hard to stay in a traffic lane it was just kind of hard to drive but overall experience with U-Haul was great thank you

I own a trailer but it doesn’t have a ramp so I rented this U-Haul for the sole purpose of having a ramp to use for the move and the I got home to use it and come to find out the ramp was broken and wouldn’t even work

LEO MTruck was very dirty inside the container and not sure if it’s the truck CV axel or wheel bearing but pulls hard to left as well as hard jerking in the steering wheel as your turn left(like going thru a round about) As well as needs an alignment.
