The last two times I have rented from U-Haul, a note came up saying they could not rent to me because I did not drop off a piece of equipment two years ago. I did drop it off at this location and they never gave me credit for it. I tried to go in this week to have them remove or fix the problem and no one was there. I called Earlier this week and the guy I talked to didn’t know how to fix the problem.

I arrived at 8am when business was supposed to be open. I tried to use the U-Haul app to check in but nobody had left the key in the lockbox and there was nobody there. I waited 15 minutes for someone to finally arrive. He gave me the key, but the furniture pads and appliance dolly I had reserved weren't in the truck so I had to go back inside and ask about them. He found them in another truck and I had to carry to all over to my truck myself. All of this extra time and trouble almost made me late for the moving help I had lined up to meet me at my house and started my long moving day on a stressful note. I returned the truck the same day at 4pm, but apparently nobody checked it in because I received a call from U-Haul 2 days later telling me my truck still hadn't been turned in. I was forced to take another 15 minutes out of my rental house cleaning day to speak with the customer service rep and tell her all the details of when I had returned the truck. The lack of competency really impacted my move and stressed me out. I would never rent from this place again.

The UHaul manager who provides that location with point of sale equipment needs to get off his ass and provide a credit card reader. No excuse for not providing the businesses that provide your products with the tools they need to make the customer transaction seamless. Shame on Uhaul!

Truck was filthy and smelled terrible. Plus when went to pick up truck was charged another 100 dollars because they said my card was a pay card. Have used only u haul for years. Will never use u haul again.

No one was at the store when we got there to pick up the truck. We waited for half an hour for the guy to show up AFTER we called U-Haul. The blankets they lend you were just thrown in the back of the truck and they were FILTHY! They actually left dirt on the items we had to wrap. We folded them and put them back into the truck when we were done with them. Hopefully someone will wash them before the next user.

It's in a actual working shop, so the office isn't as polished as other Uhaul locations, But that doesn't matter to me at all. The people were friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for?

On May 29th I called Weaver’s Feed store in La Pine to reserve an auto transport for June 1st, they said they had one and scheduled me in and said I could pick it up on June 1st. I arrived at 8:00 am on June 1st and was told that they did not have me in the system and they did not have an auto transport and that I would have to see Keith at Central Oregon Towing. So I drive over to his business and get there at 8:10 and no one was around, after waiting for 10 minutes I called the business number and he said he would be there in around 10-15 minutes. I told him about weavers and he said he had one but did not have me in the system. So I told him I wanted the trailer for one day that I would bring it back the same day that I was going to deliver a Jeep to Portland. He told me to park it on the street in front of his business. He entered the information into the system. I was in a hurry since my plan was to deliver the jeep to Portland and return the same day, so I assumed the total was correct and signed the original invoice to get the transport and get going. Not until I get a second invoice via email a week later which I think is illegal after I signed the original invoice I looked at the original invoice to see that I was being charged for multiple days. So to sum up - I picked up the auto transport at 8:30 am on June 1 at Central Oregon Towing and Recovery in La Pine Oregon and returned it to the same place at 8:15 pm the same day, June 1st. The original receipt is confusing and wrong as it states destination address as Portland Oregon and it has extra day rates and extra day rate for safe tow at $8.00/day. I think the charges are wrong and should be as follows: One day rental with returning to same business - $54.95 Safe Tow insurance for one day - $16.00 The total should be $70.95 NOT $125.00 I went to Central Oregon Towing to ask about the invoices, the person at the desk was new and couldn’t answer my questions so she called U-Haul, they told her that the area manager would contact me to discuss the invoices. I receive an email from the area manager which said: After reviewing all the receipts your rental was checked in on time just on a later day. There is no extra day charges. Thank You, Brandon Shollenburg Area Field Manager of C.O. No discussion just a final decision without talking to me based on the invoices which were incorrect. I will never rent from U Haul again.

It would have been nice to receive a phone call explaining that I was going to be charged $80, when I could've explained that I didn't owe the money! I have received no discounts that I was given in Yakima, WA.

Keith was very nice, but was having computer problems and it took me waiting from 9:00-10:10 to get it rented. It is normally a 5 minute job. I had movers at my house waiting for over 45 minutes. If it is a U-haul computer error, that needs to be fixed. If it is a connectivity error from the tow company, then that needs to be fixed.

When we loaded my car on the tow dolly I set the transmission in neutral and Keith instructed me to change it to park. The car is a Toyota Rav4 all wheel drive. When we got to Grants Pass It was making strange noises. The Toyota dealer checked and is charging me $1500 to replace the rear end. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN NEUTRAL AS i SET IT.

After booking a 20ft on line, district called and set up a 17ft. We got to the location and no one was there. District was called and they called the biz. Someone finally showed up but his computer was unable to connect to U-Haul. His boss had to do paperwork, but we couldn't get a contract and didn't get one thru e-mail either. Called District next day and Tina got one sent.

Each time I have recently rented a UHaul, my preferred pick up location has been changed by UHaul. This last time my preferred location actually received a confirmation from UHaul they would have the trailer for me....and still the location was changed.
