Problem with accepting my driver’s license via the Pick Up Application on my cell. This is the second time this problem appears. Not the Rental location problem but your U Haul Application. The interior of the truck and box was not clean. The keys where not in the key box but on the wall behind the counter. Took a while before we got service with the attendant. The gas tank was 1/4 and U Haul says it was 1/2. On the good side, the dolly and blankets were inside the box.
