After a nightmare experience with what was supposed to be my initial pick up location in two different Naples, Florida locations. I was diverted almost an hour and a half away to pick up the tow dolly at La Bellle, Florida. They saved the day literally at this location and went above and beyond, and helping me obtain the tow dolly, making sure it was fully functional, even needed to replace the left light on the tow dolly. They were very courteous and very professional, and I appreciate them very much.. I went from literally telling myself I will never deal with Uhaul ever again, to having a great experience at this location. They deserve all the stars in the world.
