Excellent customer service. The truck was clean and in good working order. This matters. Moving is hard, but renting from this place was so easy.

KAREN BInstead of speaking with someone to rent a U-Haul, now it is all done through an app! Ridiculous. It took us 30 minutes just to get the app to let us rent the u-haul. It kept glitching when we were trying to take before photos like it asked us to. I called the U-Haul number but the guy who helped us was absolutely awful. I had also paid to have a dolly in the truck, THANKFULLY the man who owned the shop at this pickup location just happened to be there while we there and gave us the dolly, otherwise we would not have had it. There were alot of hidden fees in that contract *that a human would have verbally told us about*, I did not have time to read the contract so that is my own era, but make sure YOU DO READ IT. I would absolutely not rent from here again just because I like to speak with someone. WHY IS EVERYTHING DONE THROUGH AN APP NOW?!
