While the service of onsite staff was pleasant and helpful, showing up at 8am and again at 3pm to find my reservation was not onsite, and having to settle for a much smaller truck resulting in us having to leave personal belongings behind, is now making it so I will never rent a truck from U-Haul again. An absolute joke.

Was told to return my Uhaul over two hours away to a different location, I was not able to drop the trailer near where I live. And there was nobody to help me get the trailer unhitched. Will never rent a trailer from Uhaul ever again.
