Drop off was after hours so I just pulled up front parked, cleaned out the cab, locked it, and put the key in Box No.1. It wasn't clear where I should drop the key, but it was received and processed first thing Monday morning. I know this because I got the appropriate text message and email Monday morning.

CHARLES MIt's a very structured and thorough process. The only thing I can think of is maybe take one video instead of multiple pictures during the check in and return processes.
