Truck was older , beat up pretty much all around had little Xs everywhere. Front suspension was gone at times I thought the front end was going come evertime I hit a pothole. I felt like I was given the worst truck to get it off the lot and sent to another state. Also had to drive an hr to facility for pickup even though there were uhaul dealers 10 to 20 minutes from my home.

TONY RI have never rented a U-haul before. AAA was not the first vendor I called and I am glad that the first one didn’t have a vehicle. Amanda with AAA made this experience very easy and flawless. She was kind and very helpful. Anyone needing to rent a U-haul in the Lagrange area needs to check them out. If I ever need a vehicle again in this area, that is where I will go.
