It was parked in a field in knee high field grass and in a dip causing the hitch not being able to be raised high enough.

I have never had an issue with Uhaul the company its just this location was not up to par. I would not rent from them again. They were not equipped with bug spray as the truck was infested with ants and before I drove off I had to have a family member bring me some so that I can spay and clean out back and inside cab.
