HUGH MGet your scheduling correct. I was scheduled to do a pick up at 9am and the location doesn’t even open till 10am. When I called and asked about the people that I talked to could t even guarantee that this location had the trailer I needed. Once the store opened and I was able to talk to someone on site she couldn’t have been more wonderful. I will rent from her again but never another U-Haul location.
