We unfortunately were given the wrong password to the lock box for the key. Very disappointing when you lose an hour on what’s already a very long day and you are rushing because you are on a rental timeline. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for an hour in the middle of the parking lot, without my car because this location has no parking for you while you rent and there’s only two hour parking. So in the middle of a lot on the phone with customer service… once the agent finally moved onto finding another truck I drove to the new location and he told me to go back to Bennetts and try another password. Wasting even more of my time. This definitely could have been avoided. Very annoyed with my latest uhaul experience.
