Make sure the contract is in your name. While I did reserve the unit under my name, credit card, and email, the contract generated was for my mother-in-law, who has a different last name but was a resident of La Porte. Her son must have rented a unit previously but why your system did that is inexplicable. Owner did not change it because they were very busy also running an antique shop.

Did not have anyone to hook up my trailer.
