It turned out to be no big deal and I didn’t end up needing one but I had requested a dolly and there wasn’t any available when I picked up the van.

Carrie FAwful location. One way in and out and it’s narrow and a sign that says you can only go one way when there’s no where to go. I circled the place twice trying to figure out where to put the truck before I pulled over and had to call Uhaul. Poorly lit, no one there, no clear direction, and a very very small area to try to park. It was ridiculous.
Jennifer LDriver window operated by crank. Nob on crank not well fastened and typically came off whenever you tried to roll the window up or down. Otherwise equipment was fine. Service from staff was very good. I liked this location and will go back.
