I would have liked a little more concrete information on charges. Instructional operation of the vehicle might of helped a little more. It provided a service I needed, but for the load I had, the truck could have been smaller with a ramp.

ARTHUR RIt was a little unclear where to return the truck after hours and the gate took a bit to open but it's quite possible I just wasn't paying attention.
