Super easy process to pickup and drop off the rental vehicle. The business associate was able to get me quickly set with an assigned vehicle and explaining final details before driving off. This has been my 2nd or third time renting from this location and each time has been flawless.

AMAYA FWe reserved a vehicle from a location only to be called by U-Haul and told they needed to move our rental due to the website being wrong (the truck we reserved was not at the location) when we arrived the morning of our move to pick up the truck, we were told that it was unsafe and not able to be driven -per the pick up location manager. We were then forced to reserve the size of truck we needed the day of our move at the only location available- 35 min away. This ended up costing us over $100 in mileage fees. This experience was aweful.
Stephanie CWe arrived to pick up our rental only to find that the previous renter failed to return the vehicle. This resulted in having to rent a larger vehicle and pay much more for mileage. Uhaul needs to implement stronger penalties for failing to return rented vehicles on time especially when the vehicle is reserved for another renter. An extra day charge of $19.95 is not a big enough of a deterrent.
