Upon checking in/picking up you should be told not to park behind the gate unless you're going to provide your customers a gate code. If you return your rental after hours you're gonna be stuck without your car. I got fortunate & someone was driving out so I could get to my car but then I was stuck in there until someone came along & I asked if they could get me out. She was kind enough to do so.
Colleen BCheck your bill before driving off. They automatically add SafeMove without my consent. I explicitly rejected the option on the website while reserving the equipment, only to find that it was added to my bill anyway because I didn't catch it at the counter.
